Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible for Return/Exchange if:

       The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

       There is a stitching or manufacturing defect.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

       Slight color/texture variations due to lighting/screens.

       Worn, washed, or altered items.

       Customized items & gift cards.

       Sale items (only exchange/store credit allowed).

Process:

  2. Provide order number & images of the issue.
  3. Items must be unused, with tags & original packaging.
  4. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (except for defects/errors).
